In Chania, Crete, the company toFillo was born, through the deep relationship with nature, the aromas and the stories of the land. We draw inspiration from the Cretan land and cultivate aromatic and medicinal plants on our own estates, with care, patience and deep respect for the natural rhythms and biodiversity of the place.
In our processing unit, herbs are transformed into products with character and soul. There we welcome our visitors for tastings and short tours of the world of herbs, where flavors meet aromas and each taste becomes an occasion for a story. We talk about Cretan herbs, the myths that accompany them, the wisdom of the ancients and how all of this can find a place in modern well-being.
Our participation in the epaithros+ Cluster expresses our vision for a tourism that does not simply pass through the place, but respects and feels it. Our goal is for every visitor to leave taking with them something more than just a product: an experience, a memory, a piece of Cretan land!
