The initiative aims to harness human capital by promoting self-employment and developing new business ventures that contribute to increased employment. The target group consists mainly of specialised and qualified young people with entrepreneurial skills and a mindset geared towards working in sustainable and modern sectors (e.g. ICT, Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, Tourism, etc.). Particular emphasis will be placed on business activities that create new, sustainable jobs.
For the attention of:
- Businesses in the process of being set up which will be established after the date of submission of the Funding Application and no later than 365 days from the date of electronic notification of the final approval of the funding application, and will operate exclusively in eligible KADs throughout the implementation of the business plan and until the investment has been repaid, in accordance with Annex II ELIGIBLE ACTIVITIES (KAD).
- Newly established. The term ‘newly established’ refers to businesses that have been set up from 1 January 2025 up to and including the date of submission of the Funding Application.
Eligible Expenses
- Operating expenses (rent for business premises, electricity, landline and mobile business telephony, water supply, heating, other common expenses, accommodation costs in business incubators, etc.)
- Expenses relating to third-party fees (legal, consultancy, accounting support, drafting and monitoring of a business plan, incubator services, specialist vocational training seminars, etc.)
- Expenses for promotion, networking and participation in exhibitions
- Supply of consumables
- Supply of equipment / Equipment leasing / Depreciation of fixed assets
- Insurance contributions payable by the beneficiary (entrepreneur/partners)
