Meligeysis is a visitor-friendly, experiential beekeeping farm situated in the mountainous Nestos villages of Xanthi, where nature, beekeeping and cultural heritage come together to create an authentic rural Greek experience. Through hands-on activities, tastings of pure honey and bee products, educational programmes and genuine personal hospitality, visitors discover the fascinating world of bees whilst experiencing the traditions, values and way of life of a mountain community that proudly preserves its identity. Our mission is to promote the importance of bees, sustainable beekeeping and the unique character of the Greek countryside by creating meaningful experiences that connect people with nature, culture and the authentic spirit of the region.
