Kassaki Charcuterie is a traditional charcuterie based in Galatas, in the municipality of Minoa Pediadas. Since 1999, we have been crafting pure, handmade meat products with passion and dedication, based on the authentic recipes of our ancestors and using high-quality ingredients. In the very place where our family tradition began and continues to this day, “Avli” was also established – a venue open to visitors that offers tastings and culinary experiences of Cretan cuisine. Our meats are paired with produce from local producers, and each dish tells a story of authentic flavours and a long-standing gastronomic tradition.
The reason we chose to become a member of the epaithros+ Cluster is to network with related businesses, to promote our village (Galatas), which has a rich gastronomic heritage, and to showcase our services and products, which have been part of our family tradition for four generations.
