Two informative evenings focusing on Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development are to be held in the coming period in the Lassithi Plateau and Krousonas. Specifically:
- Friday, July 11, at 18:00, in the Municipal Council room at the Lassithi Plateau Town Hall
- Monday, July 14, at 18:00, in the Parish Hall of Krousonas
During the events, the main research results of the projects “THRUBELIA” and “HP-APPLE” will be presented by the project partners ELGO DIMITRA, European Progress O.E. and Krousonas Agricultural Cooperative, while presentations and discussions on sustainable agriculture and rural development prospects will follow by important speakers.
The Rural Tourism Cluster epaithros+ will also participate in the event, with the Director of ETAM S.A. and Coordinator of the Cluster Chryssa Pagalou as a speaker, who will present epaithros+– Rural Greece as a means of promoting local products.
The actions are implemented under the auspices of the Region of Crete, the Municipality of Lassithi Plateau and the Municipality of Malevizi.
