The Municipality of Chania and the “ARCHELON” Association are co-organizing an information event with the aim of highlighting the importance of sea turtle protection for the future of tourism in the region. The event will present:
- the results of ARCHELON’s actions in Chania for 2025
- good practices from tourism businesses that actively contribute to the protection of nesting beaches
- international developments in sustainable tourism.
The event is held with the support of the TUI Care Foundation within the framework of the TUI Turtle Aid Greece project and is mainly addressed to tourism professionals, representatives of organizations and anyone interested in the development of a sustainable and responsible tourism model in the region.
