The Municipality of Chania and the “ARCHELON” Association are co-organising an information event with the aim of highlighting the importance of sea turtle conservation for the future of tourism in the region. The event will feature:
- the results of ARCHELON’s activities in Chania for 2025
- good practices from tourism businesses that actively contribute to the protection of nesting beaches
- international developments in sustainable tourism.
The event is organised with the support of the TUI Care Foundation as part of the TUI Turtle Aid Greece project and is primarily aimed at tourism professionals, representatives of organisations and anyone interested in the development of a sustainable and responsible model of tourism in the region.
