The European Commission is organising the first online EU Agri-Hackathon, an initiative aimed at promoting innovative solutions for the agricultural sector.
The challenges facing farmers today are complex and require collaboration across different sectors and disciplines. For the first time, the European Union is bringing together farmers, developers, students, researchers, policymakers and innovation professionals, with the aim of co-creating practical solutions that meet the real needs of European agriculture.
As part of the hackathon, participants will work intensively on three key challenges, with the shared aim of shaping a simpler, more efficient and sustainable future for agriculture.
