The Rural Tourism Cluster epaithros+, developer and operator of the Rural Greece travel platform, will participate in the 4th Alternative Tourism & Experiences Festival “260Kmemories”, organized by the Municipality of Chania on May 8–10, 2026 at Katehaki Square, in the Venetian port of Chania.
Epaithros+ will be at the festival with its own stand (Α6), inviting professionals in rural tourism, hospitality, gastronomy, agri-food and experiences to get to know the Cluster’s work and the opportunities it offers. Visitors will be able to learn about the benefits of participating in epaithros+, such as the promotion of businesses through Rural Greece, the inclusion of businesses in thematic routes, access to free business development tools and networking with other professionals who share the same vision for the Greek countryside.
In fact, on Sunday, May 10, at 13:00, at the epaithros+ and Rural Greece stand, an open information meeting for rural tourism professionals and businesses will be held. The meeting, which is also the Cluster’s short spatial meeting in the region, will focus on information on current actions, participation opportunities and cooperation prospects, while a discussion with attendees and network executives will follow. It is noted that ETAMS S.A. is a supporting body for epaithros+.
Epaithros+ invites all festival visitors to stop by the stand and see firsthand how the Rural Tourism Clsuter and the Rural Greece portal can enhance the presence and development of rural businesses and showcase unseen destinations in the Greek countryside.
The project, entitled “Rural Tourism Cluster epaithros+”, is being implemented within the framework of the “Research-Innovate” Action of the “Competitiveness” Operational Program of the NSRF 2021-2027 and is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and National Resources.
