EDU Eirini Flemetaki is a Lifelong Learning Institute with an emphasis on the English Language and alternative, experiential forms of education through the culture and tradition of Crete. It organizes guided tours of the city of Chania and one-day excursions to South Crete, offering authentic experiences of getting to know the place, while at the same time, it implements traditional Cretan cooking and wine tasting courses through educational workshops of traditional techniques. Its goal is to offer unique learning experiences that combine the language, culture, gastronomy and authentic hospitality of Crete, creating a meaningful connection of the participants with the place and its traditions.
EDU Eirini Flemetaki participates in the Rural Tourism Cluster epaithros+, as it shares the common vision for alternative activities that promote health, personal development and well-being, through the connection with nature, culture and the joy of creative experience.
