Dynamic presence of the epaithros+ Cluster at Innodays 2025!

The participation of the epaithros+ Rural Tourism Cluster at the Innodays 2025 exhibition – Innovation Days of the Region of Crete, which took place from Friday 28 to Sunday 30 November at the International Exhibition Centre of Crete, was successfully concluded.

Epaithros+, at the company’s stand ETAM SA, a supporting body of the Cluster, offered visitors the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the vision, activities and innovative tools it develops. Attendees were informed about the services and initiatives implemented by the Cluster with the aim of strengthening rural tourism, promoting authentic experiences and supporting sustainable local development in areas of the Greek region.

The presentation by Mrs. Chryssa Pagalou, General Manager of ETAM SA and coordinator of the Cluster, attracted particular interest. As part of the exhibition’s accompanying events, Ms Pagalou presented the innovation behind epaithros+ as well as the key findings of the recent research carried out in the autumn of 2025 at “Nikos Kazantzakis” Airport. This research highlighted significant trends and prospects in tourism demand, confirming the role of epaithros+ as a catalyst for the development and revitalisation of the Greek countryside, but also as a strategic tool for the empowerment of local businesses and communities.

epaithros+’s participation in Innodays 2025 was an important opportunity for networking and exchanging expertise, further strengthening the Network’s position within the modern tourism sector.

The project entitled ”Rural Tourism Cluster Epaithros+” is being implemented under the “Research-Innovate” Action of the “Competitiveness” Operational Programme of the NSRF 2021–2027 and is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and national resources.
