The Municipality of Chania, organises for the For the fourth consecutive year, the Alternative Tourism & Experience Festival, “260KMemories Festival” during the three-day period of 8–10 May 2026, at Katechaki Square, in the Venetian port of Chania.
As we do every year, Katechaki Square will be the annual meeting place for professionals, organisations and collectives from all over Crete who are active in alternative tourism – experiential tourism – and offer a comprehensive experience to the residents and hundreds of thousands of visitors to our country.
At the same time, speakers, presentations and special on-stage events will complement the Festival’s packed programme, which this year will feature Cretan Gastronomy as a special theme, as Crete has been named the European Region of Gastronomy for 2026.
In this context, the The Municipality of Chania invites interested parties organisations active in alternative tourism – experience tourism – to register as exhibitors at the Festival until Monday, 20 April 2026 at 12:00 here.
